Billing
Paying with crypto
How invoices and crypto payments work, and which coins we accept.
Rackvane is paid in cryptocurrency, in advance, for 30 days at a time. Payments are handled by NOWPayments; we never see or store your wallet keys.
#Accepted coins
USDT (TRC20 or ERC20), Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDC, Solana, BNB and Monero, plus many more coins in the checkout itself. USDT on TRC20 is usually the cheapest and fastest to send.
#How a payment works
- When you order or renew, we create an invoice in US dollars.
- The checkout shows the amount in the coin you pick and a wallet address. Send exactly that amount, from a wallet or straight from an exchange.
- The invoice updates by itself as the network confirms the payment. Bitcoin can take 10 to 30 minutes; most other coins take a minute or two.
- Once it's confirmed, your server is created or extended right away.
You can follow every invoice under Billing › Invoices in the dashboard. Invoice numbers start at #10001.
#Sending from an exchange
Exchanges often take a withdrawal fee from the amount you send. Make sure the amount that arrives matches the invoice: add the fee on top, or use the exchange option that lets the recipient receive the full amount.
Sent too little? The invoice shows as partially paid. Open a ticket with the invoice number and the transaction ID and we'll sort it out.
#Billing details
Add your name, company, address, country or VAT number under Billing › Payment methods if you need them on your invoices.
#Refunds
If your server is unusable because of a problem on our side, contact us within 7 days and we'll extend it or refund the unused time. Servers suspended for breaking the terms aren't refunded.
Still stuck? Our team reads every ticket and usually answers within a few hours.
