Create an account

You need an account to order and manage servers. It takes about a minute.

#Sign up

1. Go to auth.rackvane.com/signup.
2. Enter your email and a password of at least 8 characters. Passwords that have appeared in known data leaks are refused, so pick something unique.
3. We email you a 6-digit code. Enter it to confirm your address. The code is valid for 10 minutes; you can ask for a new one after 30 seconds.
4. Add your name and the game you play most, and you're in.

Didn't get the code? Check your spam folder and make sure the address is spelled right. If it still doesn't arrive, open a ticket from another account or email us.

#Secure your account

Your account controls servers you pay for, so it's worth two more minutes:

• Turn on two-factor authentication with an authenticator app, and save the backup codes somewhere safe.
• Add a passkey to sign in with your fingerprint, face or device PIN instead of a password.

#Forgot your password?

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. We email a code, you choose a new password, and every other device is signed out.
